Gordon’s solid radio background of writing and on-air work includes time on both WCBS-AM and WINS-AM in New York, and as New York City bureau chief for Metro Networks where his reports aired on WOR-AM and WABC-AM. He also was a newscaster for The Wall Street Journal Radio Network. In his spare time Deal is a public-address announcer for the New York Knickerbockers of the NBA and the New York Liberty of the WNBA at Madison Square Garden.
